As the year draws to a close, Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort is transformed into a magical winter setting. Crackling fires, twinkling lights, and the scent of spruce fill the air, while festive garlands, glittering baubles and beautifully decorated trees bring warmth to every corner.

For 2025 our head chef Kieran and his team have crafted new menus to accompany the holiday spirit, combining traditional flavours with festive twists that celebrate quality Scottish produce.

Hogmanay Bash

Bring in the bells at Kingennie!

Join us to welcome in the New Year with live acoustic music in the Scottish countryside - the perfect way to start 2026!

From 7pm onwards, continue the celebrations in our bar or restaurant at our Hogmanay Event for £10 per person. Pop the corks, and get ready to party as our live DJ kicks off at 9pm! Tables are first come, first served.

Join us for the Jingle Bell Party with Santa, a festive celebration full of joy and holiday cheer. Join us for a jolly breakfast, meet Santa Claus and enjoy fun-filled entertainment from the Magic Jester.

Little ones will enjoy a make-your-own pancake, with delicious toppings like Nutella and fresh fruit. To make the magic complete, they'll also receive a special present from Santa himself! Meanwhile, grown-ups can savour a warm bacon roll alongside a comforting tea or coffee.
