Charities

We are passionate about supporting local charities. This year, we are committed to supporting an incredible charity close the hearts of the Forbes family; Scottish Mountain Rescue.

Scottish Mountain Rescue offer a lifeline to those who get into difficulty in the Scottish mountains. It is made up of highly trained volunteers who make themselves available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to respond to emergencies and carry out specialist search and rescue service in the mountains and remote locations in Scotland. We are extremely grateful for the hard work they carry out to keep civilians safe each year.

We will be raising money throughout the year with our own events as well as team funding. Please keep an eye on our Events Page to see what we have coming up.

We regularly support Casting for Recovery, who provide an opportunity for women whose lives have been profoundly affected by breast cancer to gather on retreat in a natural setting and learn the sport of fly fishing. For more information on Casting for recovery please click here

Past Charities

We support a variety of charities throughout the year. In 2015 we raised over £8,000 for Tayside Children with Cancer and Leukaemia (TCCL), who are a wonderful local charity that the Forbes family hold close to their hearts. For more information on TCCL please click here. Cash for Kids was on of our previous chosen charities and we managed to raise over £5,000 with the help of all who attended our Sportsman's Dinner.
