Cairngorms Putting Green

18-hole course

A Putting Green with a Difference

Cairngorms Putting Green is a fun and challenging course, designed to emulate the actual Cairngorms Mountain Range in the heart of Scotland.

Test your putting skills as you work your way around our beautiful 18 hole course. The U.S.G.A putting surface allows everybody to play up Glens, Corries, Passes and around Lochs that they may never normally have a chance to do, that’s certainly one more reason to visit Forbes of Kingennie, a true Scottish putting green and a testament to Scotland’s famous golfing prestige.

No booking required, just come along to our Sports Reception to play. We supply putters, balls and score cards.

Cairngorms

The inspiration

Ready to climb 18 Munros, walk 7 Glens and as many Corries, Passes and Valleys in under an hour? Perhaps not at the real Cairngorms Mountain Range but you can certainly enjoy its beautiful emulation at our 18 hole putting green.

Cairngorms Mountain Range is home to five of Scotland’s nine 4000 ft summits, plus a further nine mountaineers higher than 3,500 ft with four more exceeding 3000 ft. There also lies two lochs, Loch Avon, which lies at the base of Cairngorm mountain itself and Loch Einich, which lies at the base of the mountain Sgor Gaoith.
